Peracense Castle Viewpoint
How to arrive:
Once arrived to the terrace of the castle, the access to the viewpoint is through a sloping trail among the bushes. It is well worth the climb as the views from the viewpoint are just amazing and it is a good way to observe its magnificence and magnitude. It is a good idea to take binoculars which will allow you to recognize the wind mill of Ojos Negros and Sierra Menera.
Surrounded by a singular outcrop landscape of rodeno (reddish sandstone), it is characterised by being the door to the neighboring region of the Sierra of Albarracín. To the right of the viewpoint you can see the San Ginés hill, which is one of the highest points having 1601 metres.
